BluFi Hires Tom Fashing as Senior Mortgage Banker

BluFi Lending, a Carlsbad-based direct lender, announces the new hire of Tom Fashing as a senior mortgage banker at the company’s Carlsbad headquarters. As senior mortgage banker, Fashing will provide exceptional customer service and home financing for BluFi clients purchasing and refinancing homes in the Orange County and San Diego areas.

Prior to joining BluFi, Fashing was a mortgage professional at PHH/Coldwell Banker Home Loans where he was consistently ranked in their Presidential Club. Fashing cites several reasons for moving to BluFi, but was primarily impressed by the strong operational support he will receive and the company’s  ability to close purchase loans within 21 days.
